Each Reiki session begins with a brief check-in, giving you space to share any updates, intentions, or concerns. Once you're comfortable on the massage table, I gently place my hands either on or just above your body—beginning at the head and slowly moving toward the feet. Throughout the session, I focus on areas that may need extra support, helping to balance your energy, encourage deep relaxation, and promote overall well-being.

Even if you don’t feel physical sensations during a session, Reiki is still working. The key is to relax, remain open, and allow the energy to move where it’s needed.
For best results, regular sessions are recommended. Many clients begin with more frequent visits to support their immediate needs, then shift to monthly sessions—or as needed—to maintain balance and support long-term well-being.
Each session is your time to fully relax and unwind. It’s a safe, supportive space—separate from the noise of the outside world—where you can simply rest, receive, and reconnect with yourself
