Each Reiki session begins with a short conversation to address any concerns or updates you’d like to share. Once you're comfortable on the massage table, I start by gently placing my hands either on or above your body, beginning at the head and working down to the feet. Through this process, I channel healing energy into various areas to help balance your energy, promote relaxation, and support your overall well-being.

These responses are normal, but even if you don’t feel anything during the session, Reiki is still working. The key is to relax and allow the energy to flow naturally.
For optimal results, consistent Reiki sessions are recommended. Starting with regular visits and gradually moving to monthly sessions, or as needed, can help maintain energetic balance and promote long-term well-being.
Each session is your time to relax completely.
