Each Reiki session begins with a brief conversation to address any updates or concerns you’d like to share. Once you’re comfortable on the massage table, I gently place my hands either on or just above your body, starting at your head and moving down to your feet. During this process, I channel healing energy to specific areas, helping to balance your energy, promote relaxation, and support your overall well-being.

Even if you don’t feel any physical sensations during the session, Reiki is still working. The key is to relax and allow the energy to flow naturally.
For optimal results, regular Reiki sessions are recommended. Many start with more frequent visits and gradually move to monthly sessions or as needed to maintain energetic balance and support long-term well-being.
Each session is your time to relax completely.
